Creativity

In fact the creative portion belongs to more about art, esthetics and imaginations. This area is God gifted, because the creativity is an inner property, distributed to mankind, who knows, how creative is someone?

We cannot measure it. Any creative work, e.g. Designing, Writing, Performance or Paintings etc. is the only reflection of quantity acquired by someone. A big school of thought believes that, Teachers, Mentors and Gurus can polish the qualities, cannot create creative ability. Yes, through extensive practice and learning we can get the way of expression of an idea which comes into mind.

Presentation

After creating a masterpiece, the second and visual step is presentation of the design. It is a common observation that sometime a very ordinary design gives excellent look when presented intelligently.

Preview

Before delivering any design, just recheck some items, e.g. spelling, information flow and elements which required focus. If any important piece of information is missing this is right time to fix such issues.

Courage to accept

You should have courage to accept your mistake, deficiency or technical errors. This will resolve the issues and your image become positive among your team members.

Boss

Boss is very first external challenge. Some time you create a masterpiece but this work does not have compliance with the mental filters of your boss. Then your extensive hard working and skills are for nothing. Just listen positively, don’t be harsh.

Do some rubbish changes and go ahead according to the esthetics of your boss. Infact Last line is your expectation from me but you know your boss has more experience and may be more qualification. At least he is boss. You don’t know what he knows. So keep reading this worthy article.

This is a very unique and useful ability. Everyone thinks, but if something goes wrong, give it a moment again, why this went wrong and most of the time you will find yourself the reason of failure.

If something goes wrong, let it go. Move ahead while having a good learning from past experience. This is another big challenge because when you put lots of extra efforts to do something high tech that particular project usually stuck in your mind. It is very hard to remove the memory. But it is very essential for moving forward. Shut the door behind you.
